Convenience and location.
The sink in the bathroom was located in the sleeping area.Springmaid is a good value for the money and the location is very convenient.

Room was spacious with a great view of the ocean. Parking and pools conveniently located.There wasn't a bathroom near the pool. The restaurant was not opened during our stay.Great hotel worth what we spent on Priceline. Great place for families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Location, clean, quite.I just wish I had had a room on the end, but really nothing negative to say, great place!This was a great place to stay, clean and everyone was nice, very quite, and out of the way. We will stay here again. Wonderful place.
